The American Society of Plastic Surgeons has launched a new breast reconstruction campaign. According to their statistics, nearly 70% of women who are eligible for breast reconstruction, are not informed of their reconstructive options. A large part of our practice involves breast reconstruction and I was suprised that many patients are not aware of their choices regarding reconstruction. Click here to view the article and video.
